1. Eligibility Requirements

• Applicants must be enrolled in a "Research and Development Institute of Informtion Technology" as of 28/nov/2022.
• Applicants must be pursuing a specific field of study (e.g. DCA/ADCA/O'Level) programs.

2. Application Process

• Applicants must complete the online application form provided on the official website.
• All required documents (e.g., Aadhar, Passbook, School Marksheets, any other computer course certificate) must be submitted before the deadline.
• Incomplete applications or those submitted after the deadline will not be considered.

3. Scholarship Award

• The scholarship amount is intended for tuition, fees, or specific educational expenses.
• Scholarships are awarded on a one-time/renewable basis. If renewable, provide terms for renewal.
• Scholarship funds will be disbursed directly to the recipient’s Bank Account or educational institution.

4. Selection Process

• Scholarships will be awarded based on merit, "including academic achievements, extracurricular involvement, essay responses, or other criteria".
• All decisions by the scholarship committee are final.
• The scholarship committee reserves the right to request additional information from applicants.

5. Notification of Award

• Award winners will be notified by "email/phone" on or about "date".
• If a recipient does not respond within "7 days", the scholarship may be forfeited and awarded to an alternate.

6. Usage of Scholarship

• The scholarship may only be used for educational purposes, such as tuition, books, fees, and other related expenses.
• Funds may not be used for living expenses, travel, or non-educational costs unless specified by the scholarship provider.

7. Publicity and Marketing

• Recipients agree to participate in publicity activities, including interviews, photographs, and promotional materials related to the scholarship, if requested.
• The scholarship provider may use recipient information (e.g., name, photograph, university) for promotional purposes, but personal contact details will remain confidential.

8. Withdrawal and Forfeiture

• If a recipient chooses to withdraw from their program or is unable to complete their studies, the scholarship may be forfeited.
• If a recipient is found to have provided false or misleading information in their application, the scholarship may be revoked.

9. General Terms

• The scholarship provider reserves the right to modify or cancel the scholarship program at any time.
• By accepting the scholarship, recipients acknowledge that they will comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the use of the scholarship funds.
• The scholarship provider is not responsible for any lost, delayed, or misdirected applications, or any problems related to the technical functionality of the application system.

10. Governing Law

• These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of india. Any disputes arising from the scholarship program will be resolved in District Court Azamgarh.

11. Acceptance

• By submitting an application for the scholarship, applicants agree to these Terms and Conditions.
• Acceptance of the scholarship by the recipient is also considered as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
